How to enter the monthly drawing for a $1,000 gift certificate form Castle Couture:

1. Go to Castle Couture's home page.
2. Enter your email address in the box below 'Enter your e-mail address here! Join our email list and enter our monthly $1,000 GIFT CERTIFICATE DRAWING'.
3. Click on the Go button to the right.
4. A new screen will open and you must fill out the form completely, including first name, last name, complete address, and wedding date. Note: Wedding date may be omitted.
5. You must check the "Enter me in the monthly drawing!" check box on the left. Failure to do so will prevent you from being entered in the Sweepstakes.

What if I'm already on the mailing list?

1. Follow steps 1 through 3 as directed above.
2. After you click on the Go button, you will get a screen with the headline, "Update Your Castle Couture Profile."
3. Confirm your email address in the box below your email address (this is a security feature).
4. Click "Submit" and an email (with the subject "Update your profile") will be sent to that email address containing a link to update your profile.
5. In the email you receive, click on the link that says “Update your profile.” That will take you to a new screen in your browser to "Update Your Castle Couture Profile"
6. Here you will see all of the additional choices for updates. Check the box next to "Enter me in the monthly drawing!"
7. Click on "Save Profile Changes" at the bottom or top of the page to ensure you are entered in the sweepstakes.

Whether you are registering for the first time
or updating your registration,
the registration form must be competed
in its entirety or entry will be void.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS DRAWING. Entry form must be completed in its entirety with the exception of the wedding date. Limit one entry per household. Limit one Castle Couture contest winner per household within any 12-month period. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all valid entries received.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on January 12, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and may end at any time as determined by the Sponsor.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the date of entry. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of Castle Couture, Diamond Castle, and Marquis Florals, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Entrants: All entrants agree to provide basic registration information when entering the drawing. Such information includes the entrant’s name, e-mail address, street address, and city of residence. By providing an e-mail address, entrants agree to receive additional e-mails from Castle Couture about Castle Couture products, services, and events. This data collection methodology is in compliance with the Can Spam Control Act of 2007.

The information provided will be used solely by Diamond Castle for the purpose of reviewing entries, contacting winners, verifying residence, and disseminating marketing materials associated with the Diamond Castle brand. It will not be used, sold, or disseminated to others for any other reason.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any bot or automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process.

Prize:One (1) $1,000 Castle Couture Gift Certificate will be awarded. Gift Certificate may only be used towards the purchase of one (1) bridal gown or one (1) evening wear garment. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize has no cash value. If winner redeems the Gift Certificate on an item below the face value of the Gift Certificate, the Gift Certificate will be considered redeemed in full and no cash balance will be paid to the redeemer. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use. The odds of being selected depend on the total number of valid entries.

Winners: One (1) potential prize winner will be randomly selected on or about the first business day of each month and will be notified by email only. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winner will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the drawing. The chance of winning is determined by the number of qualified entries. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.

Winner must be able to pick up the prize in person at Castle Couture in Marlboro, NJ, within seven (7) days of prize notification and provide proof of residence and identification with a valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, state, and country for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Liability: Castle Couture is not responsible for any lost submissions; errors of any kind related to electronic transmission or submission; delays of any kind related to electronic submission or operations; theft or loss of property as a result of submission or site usage; misdirected, late, or incomplete submissions; technical issues, computer or Internet lag, dissemination of malicious software (including viruses, adware, or spyware) in violation of Castle Couture's terms of use; or any other such circumstances.

Castle Couture is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to end the sweepstakes at any time without prior notification.
