As a model and actress, Vanessa Alfaro graced the covers of fashion magazines and newspapers, participated in several fashion runways, and competed in beauty pageants. Her achievements included being crowned Queen among models and, in Bolivia, the title of Miss Photogenic in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic contest. In 2007 after moving to California, Vanessa Alfaro got featured on television shows; she was the lead actress in music videos with international celebrities and appeared in motion pictures with renowned actors.

In her earlier career as a Designer, Vanessa Alfaro created the first and only women's ready-to-wear line for FIFA during the 2014 Soccer World Cup in Brazil. To this date, she has been the only designer to work with FIFA on a women's line using the official logos of the World Cup.
