Appointments are required for bridal, prom, alterations and evening wear shopping
It is necessary for us to require appointments so that we can assist all of our clients with the attention and excellent customer service that each customer deserves and for which we are known.
We do not service bridesmaids in store.
We do not carry short gowns in store.
Credit card information is required when making an appointment in our bridal, evening wear, prom or alterations departments. You are not being charged to make an appointment. However, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee if you do not show up for your appointment or provide less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
We respectfully request that each bridal client brings no more than 3 of her closest friends and family to her salon visit. We have found that a large group tends to remove the focus from the bride or evening wear client. Clients for all other appointments, including try-on-gown, alterations, evening wear, social occasion wear, and accessories may not bring more than one guest.
Length of Appointment
Your appointment will last up to 90 minutes.
What to Bring
Please bring a pair of shoes with the closest heel height you plan to wear on the day of your event. Undergarments must be worn at all times when trying on clothing.
