• Maintain back room stock in an orderly fashion, including both merchandise and non-merchandise.
• Replenish merchandise on showroom sales floor to Castle Couture standards (for example, ensuring that all tags are represented on merchandise and that dresses are displayed professionally).
• Support the customer-centric culture, where full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.
• Run a quality control inspection on all merchandise that is received.
• Process and receive daily shipments.
• Import invoice information into store database and update customer profiles.

We are looking for an Evening Wear Sales Stylist to help our clients select the gown of their dreams and ensure they leave our store satisfied. Evening Wear Sales Stylist responsibilities include providing one-on-one customer service, recommending dresses that meet their needs, and creating complete looks that excite our customers. If you have a flair for fashion and know how to style and create confidence for all body types, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us maintain our good reputation among existing customers and further grow our clientele. Must be able to work both Saturdays and Sundays 10a-6p
Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers as they enter our store.
• Identify clients' needs and help them find gowns that fit their body type.
• Create complete looks from head to toe to match clients' style.
• Offer personalized styling tips.
• Inform customers about fashion trends.
• Provide product details, including fabrics, wash care instructions, prices, and discounts.

Skills
• Proven work experience as a Retail Stylist or similar role in the fashion industry.

The daily tasks of this position include:
• Organize all racks located in the seamstress room.
• Check and maintain the schedule for steaming and pick-ups.
• Ensure that all gowns are steamed and pressed for the day of pick-up.
• Work closely with the beading team to ensure the gown is in pristine condition.
• Work closely with front of the house staff.
