All bridal online sales are final. Castle Couture will not accept any returns or provide any refunds on orders placed online
 
Prom & Evening Wear Return Policy

Castle Couture offers a 72 hour return policy for online orders marked as in stock in store only in which a 20% restocking fee will be applied. All gowns marked as Quick Delivery* or Special Order, are special ordered via the designer and are non-refundable. All purchases made in store at Castle Couture are final sale, no exceptions. Castle Couture will request an event date to be provided prior to purchasing. Castle Couture will not accept any returns made after the event date.

We offer 2 return options for eligible online orders:

1. 1. You can return your online purchase and receive an online credit in the full amount paid to shop CastleCoutureNJ.com
2. 2. You can return your online purchase and receive a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% cleaning and restocking fee.

Return requirements for online orders:

• 1. All requests for returns must be made within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. This includes weekends and holidays. Or the item must be returned prior to your event date, whichever is sooner.
• 2. You cannot request an online return after your stated event date even if it is within the 72 hours.
• 3. If your requested return is approved, it must be mailed back via FedEx or UPS ONLY. Shipping labels are not provided as the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• 4. The approved returns must have original tags on with no sign of wear. If returned otherwise you will not receive a refund of any kind.
• 5. Items marked final sale are not returnable. No exceptions.
• 6. The approved return must be shipped back within 72 hours (postmarked within 3 days) from the time you are given your RA#. If your event date is sooner than 3 days then it must be postmarked before then.

Castle Couture only allows RA's for online orders. All in store purchases are and always have been final sale. Merchandise credit can only be used on Castle Couture merchandise and not towards shipping or any services Castle Couture provides. Credit to shop Castle Couture online cannot be redeemed for cash. Any internet orders must contact our customer service team at info@castlecouturenj.com as our Manalapan location does not handle online returns. Online refunds and credits will not be issued until the item has been received by Castle Couture. Client is responsible for all shipping charges. If items are postmarked 72 hours after an RA # was given, they will not be accepted. Clients may not return items that are postmarked after their listed event date. All orders that are given an RA # must be returned unworn, original tags on and in excellent condition or they will not be accepted.
