Castle Couture is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented intern for our Prom Season commencing December 1st and ending May 2nd. Our prom internship will provide real-world experience and knowledge in a hands-on, participatory retail environment. Interns will be train on customer service, retail sales, merchandising. This is a sterling opportunity to gain insider knowledge about fashion and retail from one of New Jersey's most respected names in the industry. The ideal candidate will exhibit a warm and professional attitude while providing exceptional customer service and has the passion for learning of the prom/retail industry. Duties include:

• • Maintain prom showroom in an orderly fashion, including both merchandise and non-merchandise (for example, by ensuring that all tags are represented on merchandise and that dresses are displayed professionally).
• • Assist other stylists when needed
• • Support the customer-centric culture, where full energy and activity of the store team is focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences.
• • Professional personal appearance.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a warm and professional attitude while providing exceptional customer service and has the passion for learning of the bridal/retail industry. This internship will provide real-world experience and knowledge in a hands-on, participatory retail environment. Interns will be train on customer service, retail, buying and selling, merchandising and participate in product knowledge meetings when required. All participants must have a passion for working with brides to make their day truly special.

You must be able to receive school credit for this internship.

• • Assist bridal consultants during appointments on a rotation schedule.
